We begin by developing a design concept for your project based on your style aesthetic, needs, desired feeling for the space, overall design vision, and our understanding of your personality. From there, we complete preliminary floor plans to scale with furniture layouts, create 3D renderings, and source all furnishings, lighting, flooring, area rugs, fabric, wall covering, artwork, and accessory options—curated specifically for you and your space. At this stage, you will also receive a preliminary project investment sheet.
Next, we move into design revisions and reselections based on the initial presentation. Everything is then finalized, along with an updated project investment sheet and authorization.
Once the design plan has been finalized, we move into procurement and ordering all approved merchandise, including tracking orders and providing you with status updates. Based on the scope and scale of your project, we will also be coordinating with vendors, contractors, and other involved tradespeople, along with scheduling in-home white glove deliveries and installations.
Once all construction, deliveries, and installation has been completed, we will conduct a final walkthrough to review your space and ensure you’re fully satisfied. At this time, we will also create a punch list of any outstanding items that need touch-up or resolution. A final photography day will also be scheduled, complete with extra accessories and fresh flowers so your space is “press ready”!
Our pricing is based on the scope, scale, and unique needs of your project. Residential projects are typically priced per space. After an initial consultation, you will be provided with a full proposal, including a bespoke quote and the total cost per square foot.
We will also remain in communication with you, providing an updated project investment sheet (based on all finishes and design selections) throughout the process.
As an interior design & build firm, we can also assist with the completion of architectural plans, and overseeing any contractors, vendors, or tradespersons you may need.

To this question we answer wholeheartedly, YES! Every project we do is completed in 3D to provide our clients with visualization tools and a sense of ease. Seeing your space before it comes to life can be enlightening and alleviate some of the tension surrounding a design build-out. If you already know what the end result will look like then you won’t be apprehensive in trusting our vision!
Our projects vary greatly in size and scope. Most take between 3 to 12 months to complete. If you are on a tight timeline, we will do everything in our power to complete the project as quickly as possible. In cases when our clients want to rush projects, charges will apply. Our vendors appreciate knowing in advance specific jobs will be rushed to accommodate scheduling. By making decisions quickly and being decisive this can speed up the process and keep the project on the right trajectory.
We won’t take this personally. We aim to make our clients fully satisfied and we do include a full set of revisions once we do our big presentation. If there is something you don’t love, we ask questions on how to tweak the concept to your liking. We’ve never had a client dislike everything, causing us to completely start over. But in the event that ever occurs, we’d be happy to scrap it and give you a new concept. If it takes more than one set of revision there will be an hourly charge for the extra work.
One of the best parts of our firm is that you don't get just one designer working on your project, you get the whole design team led by our fearless leader. All the projects have a lead designer overseeing the team as a point of contact, while the principal of the company critiques each project during the creative process to ensure the vision is representative of the company. All team members are involved in the final design, which breeds a more creatively charged approach to our designs, and an added bonus of quicker turn around times.
Typically we cannot obtain wholesale pricing (aka: a discounted price) from the big box stores which means we pay what you pay.
Selecting paint colors is more difficult than most people will admit. As we have studied color theory and understand color patterns, we understand what a crucial component to the design the selection of colors can be. That being said, at this time we do not offer a paint selection packet.
We do not have a standard markup. Instead, we make sure that our prices are never above retail cost, that they are fair to you as our client, and that they fit within your budget—unless you’d like to splurge on a specific item at your own discretion.
