It began quietly—one home at a time. A vision here, a blueprint there. Kathy Samaan didn’t set out to build a design empire. She followed a feeling. The thrill of transformation. The story a space could hold. The possibility tucked behind every wall. What started as buying, renovating, and selling homes across the U.S. soon became something far greater: a calling.

Today, Kathy is the Founder and Principal Designer of Samaan Design Group, a widely respected architectural and interior design firm known for crafting luxurious, emotionally intelligent environments that stand the test of time. With a portfolio that spans high-end residences and mixed-use developments, the firm has become synonymous with elegance that endures—spaces that not only look beautiful, but feel like belonging.

With nearly two decades of experience in real estate, construction, and design, Kathy brings more than just expertise—she brings devotion. Every project is personal. Every detail is a conversation between history and vision, soul and structure. Her Syrian-Greek roots, unshakable work ethic, and reverence for storytelling shape everything she touches. She’s not just designing homes—she’s designing legacies.
