Our pricing is based on the scope, scale, and unique needs of your project. Residential projects are typically priced per space.
After an initial consultation, you will be provided with a full proposal, including a bespoke quote and the total cost per square foot.
We will also remain in communication with you, providing an updated project investment sheet (based on all finishes and design selections) throughout the process.
As an interior design & build firm, we can also assist with the completion of architectural plans, and overseeing any contractors, vendors, or tradespersons you may need.

Kathy and the team at Samaan Design Group transformed my dining room and living room area - the first two spaces you see when you enter my house. As I look around the home, I am unable to decide which is my most favourite place in the home. Every room is special. But hands down my favourite space of the house is my basement, which I had requested reflect a retro upscale lounge/entertainment space.

Yes, for qualified potential clients. If you are interested in a complimentary consultation call, please inquire HERE. We do consultations and proposals which require a retainer. Afterwards if you move ahead with us the retainer is applied to your first invoice as a credit.

We anticipate that our clients will grant approvals for mood boards, renderings, and item selections via our digital client portal. Furthermore, we kindly request a dedicated span of time for an in-depth, in-person review of the design. This allows our clients the opportunity to intimately engage with, perceive, and evaluate tangible samples prior to endorsing all conceptual directions.

Every project holds its own special charm. Typically, our Virtual design endeavors take up a 4-6 week timeline. If we're diving into Design & Procurement, you can expect about 8-12 weeks of creative collaboration. And for our all-inclusive Full-Service projects, well, these heartfelt journeys can range from 3 months to a whole year, all depending on the size of our shared dream.
